Minty Fudgy Marshmallow Popcorn

This recipe is a Pinterest gem! I made this Sunday night and it was a huge hit with me, with Greg and with my coworkers. The recipe is here but I did make some changes. One was out of necessity but ended up making it even better for me. And one was practical. I cut down on the sugar by about half a cup because with all the marshmallow fluff I thought, "Does it really still need 2 cups of sugar?" and it turned out fine. The necessary change was that I didn't have a whole cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I had about 1/2 a cup and then I had some Andes mint chips that I used for the other half cup. It was delicious! Fudgy, marshmallowy and minty! I loved it on popcorn!!
