United States of Meatloaf

Greg really doesn't like Meatloaf. And I really don't care for meatloaf. But I was watching Food Network, my favourite hobby, and Jeff Mauro was making this meatloaf that actually sounded like it would be delicious. So I wanted to try it! Plus I'm just excited to use my oven again, so I thought, "What the heck?! I'm making meatloaf!" To make it more appealing for Greg, I decided to cover the whole thing in bacon. As far as meatloaf goes, this was pretty good. But the best part was the glaze and the bacon. I am going to double the recipe for the glaze and pour it all over the meatloaf and then cover it in bacon and then put more glaze on. It was spicy and sweet and sticky and with the bacon and meatloaf it was just divine!
